Activity: 03.06 - Finalize Knowledge Exchange

The objective of this activity is to get sign-off on the Knowledge Exchange from the relevant stakeholders and provide the handover of services to the Service Delivery Organizations. All the stakeholders must be updated on the handover progress and completion.

Subsequent to Knowledge Exchange validation, the Knowledge Exchange Lead must approach the Client, Delivery Manager and any other stakeholder as agreed in order to obtain sign-off.

While the sign-off process is on, the transition team can in parallel start handing over the services to the Service Delivery Teams. Additional work plans for any exceptions from the transition are developed and turned over to the Service Delivery Teams. It is possible in some transitions, that the handover commences a little earlier. However, it will always need to conclude by the end of this phase.
